Clearing & Custody Services Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Custody Products Manager with in-depth industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to define and manage the strategy, development, and profitability of custody products and services for financial institutions.

Clearing & Custody Services Product Manager

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in securities services or capital markets.
  • MA degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Polish (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • Hands on experience with in house systems such as AceTP, EBR, and MIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking to drive innovation and manage a product's lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, own the product lifecycle, identify gaps, and deliver enhancements that exceed client expectations.
  • Launch new offerings and upgrade existing ones to meet emerging market requirements and regulatory changes.
  • Develop pricing strategies, monitor product profitability, and manage the P&L (profit and loss) for the product.
  • Set up, track and report on KPIs and statistical dashboards to ensure products consistently meet service level targets.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate business needs into valuable, client centric solutions.
  • Ensure the product complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards by working closely with compliance and risk management teams.
  • Act as the product expert for the front office, assisting sales pitches, implementation projects and post go live issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, gathering feedback and turning it into actionable product improvements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape. This includes gathering client feedback and participating in industry forums.
