The intern will support the CIB Operations of BNP Paribas. This department includes three dedicated teams: Global Market Operations, Global Banking Operations, and Client Engagement and Protection. The intern will help to support one of these areas, contributing to our activities and business growth, and helping us excel in our goal of operational excellence.

In detail
As a CIB Operations Intern, you will:
• Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of KPIs/KRIs to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Assist in light production processes, supporting day-to-day operations across one of the three divisions.
• Support ongoing projects, including system migrations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Power Query to provide insights for decision-making.
• Engage in activities that enhance process automation and streamline workflows.
• Assist in analyzing operational data and preparing reports for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
• Current enrollment in a degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field).
• Basic understanding of operational processes or previous experience in an operational support role.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Tableau).
• Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
