CDI - Private Capital Business Change & Project Management Support (M/F)
This role sits within the Business Change and Project Management Support team, which is part of our Luxembourg based Private Capital department.
Providing integrated fund and corporate accounting, transfer agency, middle office, loan administration, cash services, depositary and financial reporting services, the department is now over 200 people in Luxembourg dedicated to Private Capital across operations and supporting functions.
The Private Capital Business Change and Project Management Support team is responsible for liaising with Private Capital Teams in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and implement changes in business processes and information systems connectivity.
The team acts on various subjects covering all Luxembourg Private Capital (PC) teams (ie Fund administration, Transfer Agent, Transaction Framing, Domiciliation, etc…) mainly on operational process enhancements, development of core system connectivity, regulatory updates but will also helps on teams improvement/organisation. The aim is to improve and facilitate links, increase the interaction / efficiency between all PC teams and other departments/locations
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership and day-to-day project management of key strategic initiatives in conjunction with Senior Management. (including regulatory topics)
- Manage, coordinate and implement any new transversal project
- Undertake business process reviews and re-engineering where required (identifying processes which need to change or to be eliminated).
- Determine and manage gaps, risks and issues and plan and take action to mitigate.
- Support of Operational teams regarding implementation of new change and outsourcings
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management and all project stakeholders
- Identification of the components necessary for a wide variety of projects and creation and management of a plan to deliver on those components.
- Identify and analyse any impacts of global projects or regulatory updates
- Central point of contact of the Private Capital teams
- Deliver project on time with high quality
- Support the business with new strategic tools / processes, Key Performance indicators
- Manage, document, implement and follow up shadow IT and ensure its convergence plan
- Securise Access management

Your profile
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Economy or relevant professional experience (at least 5 years)
- Experienced in Business Change or Project Management
- Relevant experience in the Fund industry
- Good understanding of Private Capital activity mechanisms and of the BNP organisation.
- Knowledge of global BNP technical architecture would be a valuable advantage
