Job Title: Assistant Manager

Department: CIO Office

About Business line/Function: Business Management

Position Purpose: 

The Management Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the BM team in the functional activities related to headcount and costing budgets for the business units.

Responsibilities

Budget Creation:

- Expertise in preparing the Budget and Forecast – both Cost and Head Counts

- Experience of working on Headcount Monitoring, Resource Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

- Understanding the impact of the spending planned and informing the impacted stakeholders

- Drive the alignment of headcounts with global and local stakeholders

- Projecting spending and impact analysis for new projects being undertaken

Budget Management:

- Ensuring that spending is aligned to the budget

- Keep an all-round view of the expenses, to understand the fluctuations and mitigate if necessary

- Ensure that the chargeback is agreed with stakeholders

- Address clarifications from stakeholders for budget related queries

- Project / track any over-consumption and assess the impact

- Track the recruitment is in line with the budget while working closely with HR and VMO 

- Strong coordination skills to collate different data points from different teams

- Knowledge to analyze and reconcile the data

Generic:

-      Ensure timely publication of standardized reports and the delivery of high‑quality presentations for senior management.

-      Ability to work with cross-divisional teams and build good working relationships.

-      Ability to build controls within the processes and monitor to ensure the adherence of the controls

-      Work closely with different Business Management teams in day-to-day activities.

-      Ensuring all organizational tools are up to date for time tracking

-      Create, update and maintain a repository of documentation to standardize process and procedures

-      Perform data analysis, create dashboards and power point presentations and work towards automation of processes

-      Attend stakeholder meetings, record minutes & follow-up action items to ensure closure of pending action items.

-      Communication/follow-up with key stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
