We are Finance & Risk Solutions (FRS), a unique organization within the BNP Paribas IT Group. Our Iberian hub operates as a platform providing expertise to deliver on tasks and projects in all areas of Finance, Risk, and ALM-Treasury. MISSION
As a Business Analyst within the LRRS team, you will support the delivery of local and regional regulatory reporting solutions. You will help design, run, and manage systems that ensure financial statements and prudential reporting are accurate for National Central Banks. Your work will directly impact how we manage financial indicators and regulatory compliance across the EMEA region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support team leaders by managing transversal tasks and documentation.
- Improve the LRRS EMEA SharePoint organization and ensure content quality.
- Perform data and application analysis to support your squad.
- Test new developments and functionalities to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Assist in defining LRR solutions for new entities joining the platform.
- Monitor daily operations to guarantee seamless process execution.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A university degree (Business School or Finance background is a plus).
- Operational proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of French or other European languages (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer orientation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information clearly and visually.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and a team-player attitude.
