What is this position about?

The Cash Management Implementation Manager is responsible for seamless onboarding and technical configuration of corporate clients onto our Cash Management platforms. • Solution Design: Translate the client's treasury requirements into a technical configuration for payments, collections, and liquidity structures (e.g., Notional Pooling, Zero Balance Accounts).
  • Payment Connectivity: Lead the setting up of payment channels, including SWIFT (gpi), Host-to-Host (H2H), API integrations, and Online Banking portals.
  • Reporting Setup: Configure electronic bank statements and reporting formats (e.g., MT940, CAMT, BAI2) to ensure seamless integration with the client’s ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

2. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the journey from the Sales hand-off to the final "Go-Live," ensuring all regulatory and KYC requirements are met.
  • Treasury Advisory: Act as a consultant to the client’s Treasurer or CFO, advising on the most efficient cash management workflows to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product teams to request feature enhancements and with the Technical Support team to troubleshoot connectivity issues during the testing phase.

3. Testing & Validation

  • UAT Leadership: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payment files and reporting flows, ensuring zero-error processing before moving to production.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential gaps in the client's payment workflow and suggest security controls (e.g., multi-level approvals, MFA).

Other contributions

  • Ad-hoc requests – management reports and regional team requests
  • Pre-sales support – often, the candidate will be required to participate in pre-sales meetings and RFP beauty parades.
  • CSD support/backup – naturally, recently onboarded clients and clients with sophisticated implementation will require support, Implementations manager will work independently, or with CSD, Sales, RMs to support clients.

What is required for you to succeed?

Experience

  • Tenure: 5 to 10 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury Services, or Corporate Banking implementation.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of global payment rails (BOKWire, KFTC, etc.) and liquidity management products.
  • ERP Familiarity: Experience working with the treasury modules of major ERPs (e.g., SAP Treasury, Kyriba, FIS) is highly preferred.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Messaging Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 and legacy SWIFT standards.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to analyze raw payment files and troubleshoot formatting errors.
  • Client-Facing Presence: Ability to lead high-stakes meetings with Treasurers and IT Directors.
  • Certification: PMP or specialized Treasury certifications (e.g., CTP - Certified Treasury Professional) are a significant advantage.

Performance Indicators (Success Metrics)

  • Time-to-Revenue: Reducing the time from account opening to the first live transaction.
  • First-Time Right (FTR): Percentage of implementations completed without configuration errors during Go-Live.
  • Client Adoption: Depth of product penetration (e.g., client using both payments and automated reporting).
