AVP, Especialista de Negócios IT
Main responsibilities:
- Business relationship with internal stakeholders and external vendors;
- Provide support to daily run activities and problems in internal and external vendors applications;
- Responsible for high-level solution design and technical scope definition;
- Work with the team in the requirements analysis process, elaboration of functional and technical specifications, monitoring of development deliveries, plan and execution of IT tests, user acceptance test support;
- Support of the deployment of solutions in production and level 3 post production support;
- Implement governance controls and monitoring in adherence to the IT Governance policies and standards;
- Work closely with internal/global technical teams (including but not limited to architecture, applications, middleware, network, security) to identify existing solutions and integrations/developments required;
- Follow given methodology of the development, system integration and implementation of new applications and changes;
- Propose changes for Cash Management applications in reactive and proactive mode.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degrees
- Fluency in English
- Experience in functional specification and application tests;
- Experience in user support and incident management;
- Ability to work in a team, collaborating with other employees;
- Previous experience in Project Management and Production support;
- Strong analytical capacity to understand issues and propose viable solutions;
- High level knowledge of programming languages.
- Ability to execute queries in the database and analyze procedures to support the daily IT activities;
- Agile methodology and mindset.
