Position Purpose
Banking Application Testing, Responsible for Functional, Regression and Automation Testing
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible as a functional resource of team for CCCO applications.
· Good knowledge on Testing concepts and methodologies.
· Should be able to read specs & create functional test plan, test cases, test scenarios, test scripts etc.
· Able to derive Test estimation, Planning, Schedule for releases.
· Strong experience in Selenium Automation, Scripting of test cases and Automation Execution.
· Good knowledge in Test Automation framework - TestNG JAVA , Python, Maven framework
· Perform Test execution & raising defects using JIRA; retesting them to closure
· Good to have knowledge in SQL.
· Should be able to coordinate UAT test activities with the users / business.
· Should be able to present and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
· Good analytical skills.
Contributing Responsibilities
· Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
· Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives.
· Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to analyse test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
· Experience in Selenium, Core JAVA is added advantage.
· Knowledge of GIT, Bit Bucket
· Hands-on experience on SQL
· Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of test management tools is required – JIRA and ALM.
Specific Qualifications (if required)
· Around 3- 5 years of experience in Manual/ Functional testing
