Key Responsibilities
- Associate to VP (depending on experience)
- Lead corporate finance projects especially IPOs
- Perform due diligence
- Conduct financial analysis and financial modeling
Requirements
- 5 years + experience in investment banking or Big 4 experience
- Experience in capital market transactions will be a plus
- Excellent knowledge in accounting and financial modeling
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
- CPA + CFA together with ibank execution experience will be ideal
