Position Purpose
Drive end‑to‑end sourcing strategy for ISPL, ensuring adherence to BNPP policies, local statutes and market‑intelligence best practices. Lead negotiations, supplier‑relationship management and benchmarking to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute category‑specific sourcing strategies, embedding market intelligence and benchmarking.
- Adhering to all compliance, regulations, controls
- Lead high‑value negotiations, finalize contracts and monitor supplier performance.
- Liaise with ISPL Procurement on requirements, reporting and KPI/dashboard delivery.
- Produce spend analyses and business‑review reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee IT/Non IT recruitment sourcing for procurement‑related roles and manage contractor onboarding per BNPP standards.
- Demonstrate a “go‑getter” attitude, resilience under pressure and strong networking/PR skills.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, self‑motivation and target orientation.
- Apply knowledge of local statutory hiring requirements and maintain excellent written and spoken English.
- Utilise advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query) for analysis and reporting.
Primary Skills (Must‑Have)
- 5-10yrs progressive procurement/sourcing experience (financial services or large‑scale corporate).
- Proven strategic sourcing and category‑management expertise.
- Strong negotiation and supplier‑relationship management track record.
- Deep understanding of local procurement statutes, BNPP policies and compliance frameworks.
- Excel proficiency and experience building dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal English; ability to craft clear reports and presentations.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities

Graduate/MBA or equivalent
