Position Purpose: CIB EOLE APAC team is a key service offered by CIB Industrial Transformation at ISPL. This team is responsible for managing and maintaining identities in the bank’s people referential system. The individual is responsible for providing coverage to the service offering, daily operations, stakeholder engagement, people management and reporting aspect of operations
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Responsible for Identity lifecycle management of human accounts and Organizational Unit setup, ensure the tasks are performed in a time sensitive and quality conscious manner
· Maintaining the integrity of OPAL (Global Directory) tool by performing periodic controls and other Supplementary tasks related to Identity attributes
· Perform the updates consecutive to reorganizations, integrations and restructurings as per the request and under the control of the OPAL correspondent
· Handle mailbox efficiently and in a time bound manner
· Create/update/maintenance of Standard operating procedures (SOP)
· Perform Data quality checks due to sensitivity of the managed data
· Ensure compliance with the OPAL management rules and methods defined at Central
Administration level and at OPAL Correspondent level
· Be the direct point of contact of all requesters for all issues related to the Opal
· Responding to the OPAL correspondent's and HR team’s requests for information
· Ensure service quality to the user
Contributing Responsibilities
· Handle projects independently, effectively, in a time sensitive and quality conscious manner
· Liaise with OPAL ambassador of respective scopes as and when required
· Identify risk and gap associated within OPAL service offering
