ISPL Contract administration role is for coordinating the internal contract drafting & execution for the offshore services provided by Contract admin team on behalf of another BNPP group entity.

Position Purpose
Internal contract administration coordination
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Become familiar with the Master Services Agreement, in particular the insertions required to complete the document.
- Become familiar with the Service Schedules and understand what is required to complete the documents. Identify with team members the services which will have to be described, sources of data describing the services, costs, service level parameters and any special conditions.
- Coordinate the emails sent for Contracts drafted by the for review to execution stage
- Complete Agreements per site & metier, with schedules for each service.
- Proof read the completed the document with another member of the team and then send out to site’s and obtain signatures.
- Keep track of all technical changes (service, dates, sla’s etc) and update all service agreements. Follow all changes to existing services (upgrades, moves, changes, etc), new services, cancellation of any existing services, and financial chargeback and order forms.
- Keep a log of all activity and produce a short weekly report on status.
- SharePoint application will be used to manage all documentation.
Contributing Responsibilities
1. Keep track of all technical changes (services, dates, SLA etc) and update all Service Level Agreements. (If applicable)
2. Keep a log of all activity and produce management reports.
3. Coordinate and follow up for SLA validation and signatures, subsequently execution of the SLA if applicable.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
1. Excellent written and verbal communication.
2. Familiarity with Service Level Agreements / contracts terminologies
3. Prior experience of contract drafting if available
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
