User onboarding Management team (UOM) is responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of employee IDs and organizational Unit/departments (OUs) structures ensuring high data quality and implementing robust controls across the employee lifecycle.

Position Purpose
This team is responsible for managing and maintaining identities in the banks people referential system. The individual is responsible for providing coverage to the service offering, daily operations, stakeholder engagement, people management and reporting aspect of operations.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1. Responsible to manage employee directory changes triggered due to employee movement within or outside the bank
- Becoming the centralized point of escalation for Hiring Managers during any fulltime or temporary employee onboarding, manager changes, transfer or exit processes
- Ensuring the overall data coherence of the organizational pyramid in the internal tool while performing all necessary updates
4. Performing a reconciliation to ensure data is consistent between various IT systems
5. To contribute to Data Quality and process improvement generally within CIB, AMER and UOM coverage globally
Contributing Responsibilities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Onboarding, Transfer and off-boarding process across Americas
- Coordinating the onboarding processes with the various departments involved (HR, IT, Compliance, Procurement, Premises, Finance …)
3. Whenever required, responsible for contacting overseas administration teams for complex issues
4. Solving and consulting with users for daily access control operational tasks / questions
