Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Income Analyst

Location: 735 Chesterbrook Boulevard, Chesterbrook, PA 19087

Duties: Process corporate action / income events for U.S. domestic and international assets, including timely announcement of events, reconciliation at payment date, and payment validations for fixed income, variable rate securities, equities, and mortgage-backed securities with support of Analysts. Report to Head of Operations as a senior member of the U.S. Custody department. Ensure payments are made according to client tax status applying appropriate withholding. Comply with all U.S. regulations as related to the services offered, along with adherence to internal bank and business line procedures and policies. Adhere to internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses. Support and complete projects and initiatives as assigned. Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring of department staff. *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. Office in Chesterbrook PA.

SALARY: $74,485.00 USD - $95,000.00 USD / year. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, legal studies, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience with Financial industry with an emphasis on local and global corporate actions/income processing. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Demonstrated expertise (DE) with all U.S. securities products and with both U.S. and International corporate action/income practices; DE with Corporate action/income accounting and Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) messaging and reporting; DE with asset set-up, settlements, mutual funds, cash processing, tax issues, and reconciliations; DE leading projects and delivering within the required deadlines; and DE on BaNCS custody platform.
