Position Purpose

The role is responsible for supporting the P&P COO organization with financial baselining, tracking and reporting and other transversal topics related to Corporate Support. 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

The role requires:

  • To be the point of contact of P&P in ISPL on the various financial reporting relating to Forecast / Budget & Actuals.
  • To be the point of contact of P&P in ISPL on other Corporate Support topics, e.g. : FTEs monitoring, governance, trainings, communications, SLAs…
  • To work in close interaction with the ISPL Finance & Performance Steering teams
  • Carrying out the preparation and tracking of the annual budget and forecast exercises, in close collaboration / coordination with P&P departments and Finance/Performance Management teams
  • To be the point of contact of P&P in ISPL on other Corporate Support topics, e.g. : governance, trainings, communications, SLAs…
