About Business line/Function:

Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team is part of CIB ITO function. TPRM Shared service center (SSC) based out of ISPL is focused on implementation of standardized and synergized global Target Operating Model (TOM) for Third Party Risk Management across CIB. The Target Operating Model is a consistent framework to meet stringent regulatory requirements leveraging a risk-based approach, unified processes and standardized tools.

Position Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Manager to join our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of strategies pertaining to Internal/External outsourcing which are critical in driving business growth and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

The candidate's expertise in data analysis and presentation creation will be instrumental in strategic decision-making and driving business outcomes. 

This role requires a self-motivated individual with agility to multi-task with keen understanding of prioritization needs. 

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Drive Data-Driven Insights: Centralize and manage outsourcing data to ensure business continuity and validate data accuracy with global stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

·       Analyze and Inform: Summarize complex data to support change management initiatives like supporting Business case assessments, Data migration impact analyses and other critical aspects of internal and external outsourcing projects.

·       Communicate with Impact: Develop compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders showcasing project updates, Risk logs, RACI charts and project roadmaps to drive informed decision-making.

·       Enable Stakeholder Success: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide functional support on outsourcing tools, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.

·       Champion Change Management: Support change management initiatives by communicating changes to stakeholders, developing training materials, and providing implementation support to ensure a smooth transition.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Drive Process Excellence: Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve TPRM processes and outcomes.
  • Champion Corporate Social Responsibility: Lead/Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives for GCC, promoting a culture of social responsibility and sustainability.
  • Ensure Access Governance: Define, maintain, and review access rights for the TPRM team to ensure proper access controls and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical:-  

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint, Excel - including macro development and data visualization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Experience with dashboard design and development, including creation of reports and metrics
