Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Analyzing market trends, drivers, client dynamics, wallet size, growth opportunities in the locations (Germany & Austria) & sub-region (the Netherlands and the Nordics)
- Define & articulate development and growth priorities for Asset Owners & Asset Managers for the countries in scope and ensure alignment with global & regional teams
- Promotion of solutions & product capabilities in the locations and the region by participating in local & regional client meetings or industry events
- Manage the sub-regional Client Line governance with the local teams and their respective local managers
- Ensure adaptation to new global solutions & products, taking into account local and regional specificities and regulations
- Designing and maintaining business models for the allocated products & solutions in line with clients’ needs in collaboration with Client Delivery
- Evaluating existing product gaps to regulatory evolutions recommend
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Long-term experience within product management & solutions and/or Asset Servicing industry
- Ability to «think outside of the box», to generate new ideas from differing viewpoints to solve problems or improve current situation
- Anticipation of changes in the internal and external environment
- Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
