Position Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient candidate to design, develop, and implement advanced data visualization solutions and collaborative ecosystem frameworks within the TPRM function. The successful candidate will act as a vital bridge between technical data engineering and functional business decision-making. Candidate will leverage Power BI to provide actionable insights into operational performance and use SharePoint to optimize enterprise-wide information management and workflow automation. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing complex stakeholder requirements and delivering self-sufficient, high-impact digital solutions to drive operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

1. Data Visualization & Business Intelligence (Power BI focus):

• End-to-End Development: Lead the design, development and deployment of complex, scalable and high-performance Power BI dashboards to monitor BAU (Business-as-Usual) operational metrics.
• Advanced Data Modeling: Architect sophisticated Data Models using DAX and Power Query/M to transform raw operational data into meaningful business intelligence.
• Data Optimization: Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data sources (SQL, Data Lakes, Cloud environments) to ensure seamless, high-speed reporting.
• Executive Storytelling: Translate complex operational datasets into intuitive visual stories and high-level executive summaries that enable functional heads to make rapid, data-driven decisions.

2. Collaboration & Workflow Automation (SharePoint focus):

• Ecosystem Management: Design and manage enterprise-grade SharePoint environments (On-premises) to facilitate seamless team collaboration and centralized information access.
• Security & Lifecycle Management: Manage permissions, security protocols and the full lifecycle management of collaborative sites and critical documentation.

Contributing Responsibilities

1. Change Management & Transition Support:

· Operational Readiness: Support the Change Management team in transitioning new applications or processes from project phase to BAU by establishing the necessary reporting frameworks and documentation hubs.

· Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the seamless adoption of new tools or processes by designing intuitive SharePoint training repositories and automated guidance workflows.

2. Functional Collaboration:

· Requirement Gathering: Participate in functional requirement workshops to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

· Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital tools and processes within the CIB ITO landscape to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

· Power BI Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling and advanced visualization techniques.

· SharePoint Ecosystem: Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Site Architecture and advanced configuration.

· Data Fundamentals: Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

· Integration: Experience integrating Power BI/SharePoint with other enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, or ERP systems).

• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to dissect complex operational problems and design data-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and navigate a complex organizational matrix.

Specific Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert).
• Experience working within a highly regulated industry (e.g., Banking, Insurance, or FinTech).
• Knowledge of Azure Data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory).

· 6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
