Position Purpose

The Global Auto Reconciliation team is a key service offering by IAM globally. This team is responsible for on boarding and Monitoring the High Priorities & Fraud sensitive auto-reconciled applications. Administrator is responsible to test and onboard application for Auto reconciliation and  provide coverage to the service offering, daily operations, stakeholder engagement, reporting aspect of operations and identifying Risk.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Understanding of auto reconciliation process and Monitoring process

·         Handle mailbox, service now tickets within the defined TAT.

·         Coordinating with onsite partners and Stakeholders

·         Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

·         Service level compliance on daily/Weekly & Monthly assigned tasks

·         Good understanding of financial industry and operating environment is an advantage.

Contributing Responsibilities

·         Must be able to identify the risk and provide solution from compliance and security risk point of view

·         Awareness of IAM methodology and principles. 

·         Familiarity with auto reconciliation tool, for example Sailpoint will be added advantage

·         Strong understanding of controls in an identity and access management. Operations environment.

·         Familiarity with the reporting tool such as Business Objects.

·         Must be open to working in rotational working hours.

·         Competent in Excel or Power BI to build/ develop spreadsheets and analyse data

·         Must demonstrate ethical responsibilities, maturity, and discretion.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·         Sail point tool hands on.

·         Automation tool for provisioning access.

·         ITIL Knowledge.
