Position Purpose

We are looking for a curious, tech‑savvy intern to support Human Resources turning data into actionable insight and intelligent automation. This is a hands‑on learning experience where you will work on real‑world projects— from data analysis to AI-driven enhancements— while partnering with different teams across BNP Paribas. 

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Preparation 

  • Pull HR datasets across different platforms 
  • Clean, validate and enrich data (de-duplication, missing-value handling, standardization) 

Exploratory Analysis

  • Consolidate and perform descriptive analytics
  • Build visualizations to communicate key trends and findings to HR stakeholders 

AI-Enabled Solutions 

  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts for AI tools for the various teams and projects 
  • Using AI to solve enhancements and assist with the prototypes 
  • Identify routine tasks that can be automated by building workflow automations to streamline HR reporting
  • Evaluate model performance and document the different findings

Governance / Reporting: 

  • Produce periodic dashboards outlining performance on key KPI indicators
  • Oversee local governance, including escalation of any risk or non-compliance 
  • Ensure robust governance and effective oversight of offshored tasks to maintain service quality, manage risk and uphold regulatory compliance
  • Produce ad-hoc reports upon request by Inspection Generale / Internal Audit or local regulators
  • Contribute to the Permanent Operational Control Plan and contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System
