Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Supporting the team members in the execution of the Accounting Control Plan and the other Finance generic control plans
- Providing support on permanent control topics, ensuring that the group procedures are followed, and control-related evidences are updated, accurate, sufficient and correlated with the scope and the specific of the controls
- Updating periodically the procedures governing the Finance Permanent Control activity
- Following-up with the other finance lines that the procedures in the related perimeters are complete and up-to date
- Participating in the preparation and support of the external and internal audit missions
- Contributing to the preparation of the supporting documentation for the FORCC
- Supporting the team in implementing the changes comprised by projects, new tools and systems
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics; Preferred: Current Master’s degree student
- Knowledge of Finance domain, processes and regulatory framework
- Ability to adapt processes within own scope of action.
- Good communication skills
- Team-Player, proactive and self-motivated
- Fluency in English; German knowledge is an advantage
