Business Overview:
BNPP Paribas’ Corporate Access business, within the Cash Equities business, is expanding along with our rapidly growing Research, Sales, and Coverage Banking platforms. BNPP is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Access origination and implementation professional to source, manage and execute US company marketing efforts. The candidate will be highly skilled at interacting with corporate management teams, Heads of Investor Relations, institutional investors, internal colleagues, and other critical bank functions.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Head of Corporate Access, Americas and other internal teams to originate access opportunities and grow our pipeline of activity YoY.
- Coordinate with corporates, analysts, sales, banking and ECM teams to manage and execute on all US product marketing, including but not limited to non-deal roadshows; conferences; virtual roadshows and other events; ad hoc conference calls; and inbound requests from investors
- Organize all logistics, maintain streamlined communication with corporates and other key stakeholders, and manage roadshow timelines both internally and externally as primary roadshow manager
- Develop understanding of investor relationships and tailor this approach to targeting and prioritization for corporate access
- Contribute to conference and seminar ideation, working with Corporate Access colleagues, research and sales to assess feasibility and market demand; lead on US conference management
- Assist with ECM/coverage banking requests
- Liaise with internal groups such as Compliance, Brand & Communications, IT, and TPRMO among others to help build Corporate Access infrastructure and evolve processes and procedures according to business needs
- Partner with external firms to grow awareness of the BNPP and Corporate Access brand, and increase our visibility with our corporate and institutional relationships
- Travel as needed to support the Corporate Access franchise
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in Corporate Access origination and event management
- Superior attention to detail, organization, and highly articulate with both oral and written communication
- Ability to multi-task under pressure while remaining poised and professional
- Skilled at building both internal and external constituencies and influencing and leading others, including direct team members
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, FactSet, S&P BD Advanced, CRM systems

The expected starting salary range for thisposition is between $125,000 to $236,000 annually. The actual salary may vary basedupon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience,time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line,and geographic/office location.
