We are currently looking for a:

Trainee : Officer in charge of Client KYC files (M/F)

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

Under the authority of the Senior Compliance Officer in charge of Client KYC files, the trainee contributes to ensuring that BNP Paribas, Luxembourg Branch (“BNPP SA”) framework complies with the Group rules and the Luxembourg regulations in force.

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

  • Review and validate High Risk Client KYC files in line with BNP Paribas applicable procedures and using BNP Paribas tools. 
  • The candidate will be supported to first learn the process to prepare client KYC files that will be reviewed and validated by the compliance seniors. With the time and the required training, files will become more and more complex as the level of required analysis. 
  • Assist on other compliance tasks as assigned
  • Support to the management of various risk assessments and reportings of the Compliance function;
  • Management of Compliance procedural framework;

  • Interaction with various parties internal or external to the Bank (Management, Compliance Officers, Business teams, Compliance Domains, Compliance Control Officer)…)
