Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor market activity by mapping the deal pipeline, tracking distribution results, and identifying other emerging market trends.
  • Support the DCM (Debt Capital Markets) team in preparing internal discussion materials, including current market conditions, comparable‑transaction analyses, and syndication strategies.
  • Compile marketing collateral for clients in collaboration with the DCM team.
  • Assist the Head of Syndicate in primary‑market sales processes: schedule investor meetings, organize book‑building activities, and coordinate related logistics.
  • Provide support for secondary‑market transactions as needed.
  • Conduct market‑side calls and briefings with investors to convey updates and gather feedback.

Position Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field); expected graduation 2025‑2026.
  • Strong interest in capital‑markets, debt issuance, and syndication processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and produce clear, concise presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data handling) and PowerPoint (presentation building).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to take ownership, and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams (sales, trading, legal, compliance, etc.).
