About the job
- The Procure to Pay Supporting Solutions Supervisor is in charge of supervisioning the tasks and priorities of a subset of a team of Support Officers on Procurement and Performance (P&P) platforms and to foster and monitor performance of the service provided to the worldwide P&P users
Your Main Activities Are
- Act as Backup of the Team Leader, by supporting him/her in administrative tasks and the team in terms of organization/priorization of tasks in case of need and supervise the tasks
- Support and Development of Resources within the team performing regular assessment of team members perform and provide regular feedback to them and the Team Leader
- Ensure proper reporting information to the Team leader and manager, regarding the assigned team member's activities
- Advise internal clients on the right use of the solution, including the production of support documentation and training sessions for end users
- Handle complex incident/request management
- Coordinate, track, handle, and manage all customer requests in Ticketing application (Jira; Service Now; other)
- Ensure the correct implementation of the domain processes within the team and participate on the related governance meetings (to be supported by the Team Leader)
- Provide and manage authorisations for each application and user profiles.
- Ensure the production of Permanent Control Level 1 controls with at least satisfactory results
- Ensure proper documentation update
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Information Technology and Computer Science
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Client Management or from 3 to 4 in Information Technology or Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Financial Software ERP
- Fluency in English and French
- Finance and Budget - Accounting and BNP Paribas Accounts
- Ability to antecipate business/strategic evolution
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Proactivity
- Attention to detail/rigor
- Communication skills (oral and written)
