Senior Financial Controller

As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.

Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

In the role of a senior financial controller you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing MIS platforms, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy. 

You will also be responsible for executing local business controls, analyzing economic scenarios, and providing valuable insights to support budgeting and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with local teams and engage with business owners worldwide, offering data-driven feedback to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in controlling in financial sector (banking preferred)
• Practical knowledge of management reporting standards
• Experience with Management Information Systems processing
• Advanced MS Excel skills to support reporting
• Working command in English 
• Bachelor degree, preferably in economic or related fields
• Strong analytical skills
• Client focused mindset with strong collaborative attitude
• Interest in BI tools is a plus (Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion Essbase)  

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and control of MIS reporting tools
• Production and analysis of management reports  
• Handling ad hoc queries and exchange with internal counterparties   
• Contribution to:
  •  forecasting and budgetary process
  • intragroup settlements related to services rendered to the Group  
• Participation in project tasks if needed
