Job Title: Senior Generalist Sales for FX & PCO

Location: 787 7th Avenue, New York 10019

Duties: Manage sales initiatives and campaign by identifying key opportunities, analyzing potential revenue, conducting RFP support, participating in client presentations, and providing commercial and solution support in legal negotiations. Follow up to ensure measured handover from sales to client management during the on-boarding process. Provide ongoing support of GM Sales & client management for new/cross sell product initiatives. Contribute to the annual sales plan in order to meet/exceed revenue forecasts and targets. Deliver performance of the annual sales plan, measure/monitor progress objectively, and ensure financial performance is achieved through delivery of long term, stable revenue streams on a profitable basis. Liaise with the GM Sales & client development teams and support any sourced leads, referrals, or opportunities. Develop and maintain market intelligence, knowledge, and awareness. Negotiate pricing proposals, respecting all product pricing strategies and in-line with the principles of BNP Paribas Conduct. Manage and maintain pipeline and Client Vision in conjunction with client development, GM Sales and MFOS sales teams. Fully adhere to Compliance and Risk policies ensuring that during the on-boarding process all Business Acceptance Committee (BAC), Client Acceptance Committee (CAC), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Credit submissions are managed within the required timeframe, in line with all formal procedures, and in coordination with the relevant Client Management, Client Development, or FIC teams. *Telecommuting permitted 10%: work may be performed in any location in the U.S. Travel less than 10% to North and South America.

SALARY:  $225,000 - $250,000/ year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Financial Market, Banking, Mathematics, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in job offered or related role OR no degree and twelve (12) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have ten (10) years of experience with the following: Capital Markets/ALMT products, and sales support; and buy side and sell side sectors such as Asset Managers and Asset Owners. Must have five (5) years of experience with the following: experience in the Securities Services industry; assessing business/new product opportunities and developing and presenting foreign exchange and overlay business cases; and working across various constituencies (CIB Teams such as KYC, Risk, Compliance, FIC, Custody, Global Market, Product) and coordinating with local and global stakeholders at all levels for commercial strategy.
