Position Purpose
We are looking for a passionate AB Intio ETL developer with strong Java development background. The successful candidate will be able to - Build high quality, innovative and fully performing AB Intio ETL Jobs and ability to manage administration tasks in our AB Intio platform
- Support SDLC cycle, DevSecOps, integration with monitoring and observability tools.
- Participate in the testing process through test case review and analysis. Exposure to test and deployment automation.
- Good collaboration with Onshore and Offshore teams
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 8+ years of experience in the Java based enterprise application Development. - Handle AB Initio Platform administration and server ecosystem maintenance
- Ability to develop Java components in and around our AB Intio ETL suit

- Guide / mentor / review other team member’s deliveries and setup technical best practices
- Interact with functional and technical architects to acquire sound functional and technical knowledge to improve ETL processes
- Learn another IB Data Stage, another ETL tool in our ecosystem to support migration projects

- - Hands-on AB Initio Architecture and Development and Deployment procedures
- - Hand-on Java development experience [Java 17 and above]
- - Sound knowledge on ANSI SQL and ability to write good SQLs on demand.

- - Good working knowledge on Linux and Shell Scripting – Ability to write production grade Shell Scripts for housekeeping activities Good Exposure to Agile Development Methodologies
