Senior Business Analyst BCM TA
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in TA/IS Operations or a comparable Change Management role, preferably within an Agile environment.
- Proven project experience, including managing and implementing operational changes within teams.
- Current certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog prioritization, user story definition, and acceptance criteria establishment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with Multifonds, Flash, Neolink, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of TA change professionals in Warsaw, supporting the regional Head of BCM to ensure fair and logical work distribution.
- Lead the implementation of key strategic projects, prioritized with Senior Management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct business process reviews, identify inefficiencies, and recommend changes or eliminations.
- Log changes in the change register, document requirements, and ensure approvals.
- Perform operational readiness assessments, address gaps, and support production teams.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution.
- Engage with IT (global, Luxembourg, Paris, external vendors), Senior Management, BAU operations, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in business readiness for new initiatives, including process definitions and documentation updates.
- Promote Agile best practices and support both Agile and Waterfall development approaches.
- Provide training and coaching to the Global TA Change team on new systems and processes.
- Support the Head of BCM in Poland with team development, feedback, and performance reviews, resource allocation and continuous improvement
- Complete Global BCM reporting and contribute to governance improvements in change processing, data, and analytics.
