About the Job
The main task will be actively support the CIB(Corporate & Institutional Banking) CCCO (Chief Conduct and Control Officer) Central team based in Paris in all their non-financial risk management projects.
Your Main Activities Are
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at CIB level on all non-financial risks
- Support the team in the production of reports to CIB Top Management for risk monitoring purpose
- Alert the management to key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations
- Analyze Internal Procedures to support the production of executive summaries for CIB Top Management and CIB community
- Act as a representative of CIB CCCO Central towards the CIB first Level Of Defense community, ensure the coordination between teams, data providers and IT and a timely response to their requests
- Analyze and reconcile data, perform controls, investigate root causes of issues and escalate inconsistencies
- Assist in delivering the projects, in process automation, simplification
- Contribute to the preparation of the Steering, Executive and Operational Committees
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Management or any similar areas
- Advanced level of english fluency, both oral and written
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Attention to detail and creative thinking
