Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- IPMA/GPM Certification Level D,C or B or comparable experience
- Several years of experience with project management methodologies (e.g. AGile, IPMA, PMI, etc.)
- Proven track record in managing projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with focus on risk management, quality ensurance, and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Full professional fluency in English
