In a context of increasing the operational excellence of our growing service portfolio we are looking for a PMO & Strategy Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective management and oversight of the PMO, Performance Management, Strategy, Agile Transformation and support the onboard of new services.
- Support senior leadership in formulating and executing strategic initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure all project objectives across departments are met.
- Provide oversight and support for strategic projects, ensuring they align with corporate goals.
- Manage risks, track performance, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency across all departments.
- Be the responsible to create and maintain the procedures around these domains.
What we are looking for
- You have experience leading Project Management Offices (PMO), Performance Management, Strategy and Agile Transformation departments in international environments.
- You have five or more years of proven success in managing multiple departments, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- You possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
- You are a problem-solver and decision-maker who:
- Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Sees the big picture and understands how each department aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Focuses on removing barriers and fostering collaboration to meet corporate goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
- Scrum and Agile certifications.
- Experience in managing multiple departments.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- French is nice to have.
- Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
