Operational Permanent Controller

Operational Permanent Controller

Requirements

• • Relevant Bachelor degree or higher in Finance/ Economics/ Business,
  • Experience in the field of Accounting/Audit/Permanent Control 
  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Permanent Controller, Accounting specialist or similar role,
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, audit techniques,
  • Good knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French,
  • Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Powerpoint, …)
  • Experience in the use of advanced accounting systems. Knowledge of Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to respond to situations using rational decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Good analytical and synthetical skills, conscientiousness, accuracy,
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.

• Identification and assessment of risks and controls (RCSA)
• Controls, control libraries 
• Organization and management of procedures
• Management of potential incidents 
• Management of historical incidents
• Follow-up of findings, recommendations (Internal and external audit) and permanent control actions
• Training and advisory
