Help us use it to understand how the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) market is developing and how our peers are performing. Help us translate news, information, financial reports, press releases and market data into insightful, impacting and relevant messages and strategic analyses to support decision making within our business
Your Main Activities Are- Finding relevant information on our competitive landscape among financial reports, press releases, financial news and other data sources
- Ensuring that financial data is inputted in a timely, accurate and complete manner, in line with our defined methodology defined. Assist in the review process to guarantee the quality of the quantitative input from junior team members
- Identifying and understanding the main trends and messages coming out of the quantitative data analysis and other information sources in order to prepare high-quality insightful presentations and reports within demanding timeframes for the CIB Top Management. Contribute to "step back" and "deep-dive" exercises with insights and analyses
- Supporting the animation of a large ecosystem of stakeholders and interacting with sponsors and senior managers receiving the analyses produced by the team
- Contributing and supporting the development of tools, methodologies and dashboards to monitor the evolution of our and the market’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) related efforts
- Participating in ad-hoc projects related to Market Intelligence and Strategy topics with a decent degree of autonomy
- Contributing to the development of the team, leveraging your hard and soft skills to mentor new comers and junior team members
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or related areas
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Banking, Consulting/Strategy or related area
- English fluent
- Expertise in MS Office Tools (Excel, VBA, Powerpoint, Power BI)
- Be collaborative, a great team player and eager to continue learning
- Great communicator capable of delivering succinct yet impactful messages
- Be a critical thinker, able to read into the data and "connecting the dots" using your strong data analytics skills
- High attention to detail
