ABOUT THE JOB
As a Junior OPC Officer, you will help maintain a strong internal control environment across Nickel's Finance and Procurement departments. Based in our Madrid Shared Services Center, you will ensure the reliability of financial data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in accounting and procurement controls to monitor data quality and identify anomalies.
- Assist in reporting control findings, risk conclusions, and the creation of action plans.
- Support the identification, assessment, and mapping of risks and controls (RCSA).
- Investigate accounting issues raised by Back Offices or other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT departments on control tools and process improvements.
PROFILE & SKILLS
- You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You possess basic knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and Accounting.
- You are fluent in English; operational French is considered a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- You are organized and enjoy collaborating in transversal environments.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a valuable asset.
