Position Purpose
We are looking for a seasoned IT Program Manager. The IT Program Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT programs working closely with Global and Local stakeholders. The role requires strong capabilities across Strategic Leadership, Governance, Stakeholder Management, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Delivery in a Global Matrixed Environment.
Responsibilities
- · Own end-to-end Delivery of Strategic IT programs and Initiatives aligned with global business objectives
- · Act as the primary point of contact between Delivery teams and Global IT and Business Stakeholders
- · Develop detailed program plans, budgets, timelines and risk management strategies aligned with Business Goals
- · Ensure effective program governance including regular steering committee updates and stakeholder reporting
- · Drive Change Management, Stakeholder Alignment and organizational communication
- · Coordinate cross functional teams across geographies to ensure timely and high quality delivery
- · Track KPI to measure program success
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Required skills:
- Proven experience in managing complex, Multi year IT programs (Infrastructure, Application Development, or Digital Transformation)
- Strong Stakeholder Management especially with across Europe and APAC
- Proficient in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Delivery models
- PMP, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred
- Strong Communication, Analytical, and Problem Solving skills
- Experience with Jira, MS project, Servicenow or Clarity
Custody Expertise: Knowledge of Trade Settlement, Corporate Actions, Asset Servicing, Reconciliations, and Regulatory requirements. Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT preferred
Platform Modernization: Experience in re platforming Legacy systems, to cloud native microservices based or API driven Architecture
Data Architecture and Migration: Understanding of Data Modelling, ETL processes and Governance in Large scale migrations
Experience in Devops and Cloud practices.
