Which department will you join?
You will join the Global Custody department located in Brussels. This department is composed of client account managers that deal with the settlement (cash and securities) , tax and corporate action of our institutional clients.
What we expect from you as an intern
Traineeship to support the team in the daily tax processing. You will be in charge of the fiscal documentation. You will intervene on topics linked to the taxation that affects the securities of our Belgian or foreign clients (institutional).
The main tasks are :
- Manage tax reclaims over their lifespan and liaise with clients and processing teams to ensure that clients’ expectations are met
- Examine and verify documents
- Cash break reconciliation follow up
- Treatment of Audit related requests

Our internships are open to all 3rd-year Bachelor’s or Master’s students. We welcome interns from September to December and January to May. To join us, you’ll need a signed internship agreement from your school or university. All our internships are unpaid, but you’ll receive a daily allowance to cover travel or meal expenses.
Your internship lasts at least two months, with a schedule of four or five days per week.
