Your daily responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies
- Prepare and monitor budgets (Capex, Opex, etc.)
- Conduct cash flow analyses
- Perform market and tenant research
- Create internal and external templates and presentations for decision-making bodies
- Prepare and analyse reports (e.g., lease durations, payment arrears, rental income, etc.)
- Handle general administrative tasks
Are you our next Intern Real Estate – Asset Management (f/m/d)?
- Advanced studies in a business-related or economics-oriented field, ideally with a focus on real estate or finance
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
