Job Description:
As an Innovation Assistant Manager/Manager at TEB, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's innovation agenda. You will be responsible for ideation of new business models & solutions, business development with partners and supporting Business Units to execute innovative ideas, fostering innovation culture and strategies across various facets of our organization and directly report to Innovation Senior Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand new trends, regulations, use cases & needs of the consumers to increase awareness, boost ideation for new business models & solutions and exchange of know-how within TEB & its affiliates
- Support Innovation Funnel processes to reveal inputs further new projects
- Foster and spread a culture of innovation across the TEB, in line with strategic objectives
- Work directly in the Squads and/or indirectly with BUs in key projects to enable & accelerate the innovation of the bank
- Conduct periodic benchmarks studies on ecosystem of players for future collaborations as per the needs of TEB’s Business Units and key stakeholders
- Support partnerships & business development with fintechs, tech players, start-ups, universities, R&D centers and alike
- Execute key events, internal events & sponsorship activities of the bank in the related ecosystem and bring in experts from the field to key forums to raise awareness across the bank & discuss potential partnership opportunities
Qualifications:
- This role requires 2-7’ years of experience in consulting and banking.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; Master degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategy and innovation or a related role.
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A creative and visionary mindset.
- Very good command of English, written and spoken
