Position Purpose
Head of BICM & Transformation Office Team position is responsible for
- Delivery of all team-wide prioritized regulatory, organizational, client, efficiency, and controls projects with resources available in teams required to deliver the projects.
- Working independently and leveraging on internal BNPP colleagues for support and expertise todrive projects to successful GO-LIVE through effective project management.
- Deepening of relationships with all stakeholders and clients and proactively managing issues arising from requirements, deliverables and deadlines.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing:
- End-to-end clients’implementation projects and change requests.
- Transversal and local projects per Singapore Management Committee’s priorities across the Securities Services business
- Clients 'account lifecycle matters.
- Clients 'business revenue matters.
Business Implementation (BI)
- Establish project governance with internal and external stakeholders for end-to-end coordination, planning and tracking of new client onboarding, existing client off-boarding and client transitions activities from Project Initiation to GO-LIVE.
- Ensure transparent and appropriate communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding and transition activities.
- Ensure close collaboration with:
- Internal stakeholders: Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales and Relationship Managers to manage pipeline, resourcing and project handovers. APAC Job Description Template –November 2018 Classification : Internal
- External stakeholders: New and existing clients, new and existing custodians, investment managers and other third parties requested by clients.
- Ensure complete documentation for GO-LIVE sign-off, audit and control.
- Ensure post-implementation reviews (PIR) are completed to ascertain continuous team
- improvement and promote team learning.
Change Management (CM)
- Manage Change Request activities for existing clients, ensuring all change requirements are captured from initiation, risk assessed, signed off and implemented as per client requirements.
- Ensure team alignment to project deliverables together with internal business partners and adhere to change governance via a stipulated 4-stage rollout process.
Account Lifecycle (ALC)
- Ensure team adherence to the process of global securities services new account opening, modification, service extension, closure and in some cases liaising with 3rd Party AMs, providing customer details to the teams involved in the setup process which includes LCN, cash account, global securities account set up, tax and network.
- Influencing and improving clients 'experience in a positive way and helping internal teams to understand the aim and how to provide the best account servicing experience to the clients.
Business Revenue (BR)
- Overseeing the business billing lifecycles activities.
- Deepen relationships with all stakeholders and clients and proactively manage issues arising from requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Proactively promotes the continuous improvement of billing lifecycle documentations, procedures, and processes through digitalization.
- Influencing clients 'experience in a positive way and helping internal teams to understand the aim and how to provide the best billing lifecycles services to the clients.
Transformation Office (TO)
- Establish project governance with internal stakeholders from prioritization to closure of projects and post implementation review, where required.
- Provide regular updates to key project stakeholders/Singapore Management Committee in the form of working group, and/or steering group meetings, as required.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the project methodology agreed by the team.
- Ensure continuous alignment with project methodology and tools used by the BNPP CIB organization.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Validated working experience in Securities Services & Global Financial Markets.
- Prior experience in the role of Project Manager / Business Analyst for more than 15 years preferably in the banking domain with strong project management background, ability to drive agendas, meetings & assign tasks for ownerships.
- Experience in running transformation projects, adapting both agile & traditional waterfall methodologies.
- Consistent track record in timely project delivery with least burnt rate.
- Strong self-starter with initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the client delivery function.
- Natural collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies.
- Pro-stakeholders 'success with excellent interpersonal communications, presentation, documentation and negotiation skills.
