About Business line/Function:
ISPL Compliance Hub is focused to protect the reputation of the Group and effectively manage risk across all business areas by providing support to various Compliance functions. At present, the department is broadly organized into divisions, which embed into the areas they support to provide services for Global Compliance Training, Capital Markets Surveillance, Electronic Communication Surveillance, Compliance Migrations Co-Ordination, Personal Account Dealing, MIS and Projects support. The team works closely with business partners in CIB and the wider group.

Position Purpose
This role will support Compliance Hub with Governance & Business Management activities, Budgets & Invoicing, Business Continuity Planning, Projects & Strategies. The individual will be responsible for the below mentioned tasks
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Budgets, Strategy & Cost Monitoring
- Preparation and Monitoring of budgets including monthly variance
- Forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and other related activities in coordination and engagement with regional and global stakeholders
- Track efficiencies across all the processes within the hub
- Headcount Governance by Region/Global
Governance
- Business Management Committee Meetings and Governance calls as per schedule
- Monthly KPI meeting coordination (preparation, minutes, follow-up, continuous review)
- SLA / ARP co-ordination & revisions, regular coordination with Global and Regional business management teams
- Risk assessments - preparation / coordination with OPC, onshore & ISPL project teams
- Conduct Voice of Partner (VoP) and Voice of Team (VoT)
- Take lead on various projects assigned to the hub, from time to time
Risk Monitoring
- Hub Management Meetings (presentation, minutes, coordination)
- Lead transversal checks for the hub, recertify the checklist at a periodic frequency
- IG Mission coordination
- Contribution to ISPL entity level ICC, PCC, DPPC, SLIT and any other committee meeting, as required
- Business Continuity Management
