Positicion: Global Security Manager
In a constantly evolving digital environment, security is not just a technical measure, it's the pillar that upholds our clients' trust. At Cardif Seguros, we are looking for a strategic professional to take on the challenge of leading our comprehensive defense.
What will your mission be?
As the Head of Security and Cybersecurity, you will be the guardian of our infrastructure and processes. Your role will be key in identifying risks, reporting to Senior Management, and ensuring that the maturity of our cybersecurity meets a standard of regional excellence.
Your big challenges will be:
✅ Define and promote global security, business continuity, and data protection policies.
✅ Lead decision-making in critical areas: Information Security, Physical Security, and Operational Continuity.
✅ Manage incident response and ensure compliance with risk treatment plans.
✅ Be the driving force behind the implementation of the Cybersecurity Program and regulatory requirements.
What are we looking for in you?
Education: Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineer or related fields. With a specialization in Information Security, Risk Management, or Management.
️ Experience: At least 8 years in the insurance, banking, or financial sector.
? Expertise: Solid knowledge in vulnerability management, incidents, data networks, and business continuity (ISO 27000, PCI).
Mindset: A leader capable of embedding security into the DNA of every company project and contract.
