Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Orchestrating and monitoring full onboarding process with focus on technical setups within Client Delivery and potential product extension of new and existing clients
- Monitoring the onboarding workflow between all internal and external stakeholders and acting in addition as local SPOC for Asset Managers in this context
- Taking care of the operational daily business for implementation, amendment and closing of client setups and other client related tasks
- Providing expertise and supporting sales teams who are responsible for this phase and who hand-over this responsibility at the end of it
- Internal and external governance organization and documentation
- Structuring communication with clients and managing the client satisfaction questionnaires and analysis
- Coordination of the Asset Manager requests and to act as single point of contact for all AM activities in regards of an onboarding
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Apprenticeship as a bank clerk or similar
- 3+ years of experience in the banking sector
- Deep knowledge and extensive experience within the depositary and custody industry, knowing the playing field, the rules and the players
- Knowledge of Custodian operational services, processes and procedures including German depositary
- Client focused working style and ability to see internal stakeholders as well as external clients as “customers’’
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate within the own team and across other teams
- Strong decision-making skills and result driven working style
- Full professional fluency in German and English
