Job Title: Director, Resilience & Survivability Technical Lead
Location: 735 Chesterbrook Blvd, Chesterbrook, PA 19087
Duties: Lead design and implementation of resilient environments in the region. Contribute to group strategy and ensure proper alignment between AMER and IT Group. Liaise with Group counterparts to ensure a perfect alignment. Help define the Strategy and evolution of the cyber protected environments at the regional level or group level. Perform market research and peer best practices in that space. Assist teams in AMER and EMEA on designing each Vital Business System and applications. Provide IT
Production guidelines to Project Managers and Application Owners. Prepare and participate in all presentations and operational/steering committees of the program. *Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas RCC. Inc. office in Chesterbrook, PA. 10% of international travel to France required.
SALARY: $214,614.00 USD - $222,000.00 USD/ year
Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)
Job Requirements: No degree required. Six (6) years of experience in IT Infrastructure. Must have five (5) years of experience in the following: Virtualization Administrator; experience in a core infrastructure department; and knowledge in Virtualization and Containarization. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: Transversal knowledge of all core IT infrastructure domains; and experience in corporate investment banking. Must have two (2) years of experience with the following: experience with CIB Business and Organization; understanding of ITO organization (APS, ADM, and IT Production), both in Americas and globally; and knowledge on design of resilient environments. Must have one (1) year of experience with the following: Application integration (migration and relocation); Network Administration; and Storage Administration. Requires VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Datacenter Administrator (VCAP-DCA) certificate or equivalent; and VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Datacenter Design (VCAP-DCD) certificate or equivalent. French language fluency required.
