About the job

The Corporate and Social Responsibility trainee plays an active role in the implementation and pursuit of BNP Paribas Portugal CSR ambition. In particular by fostering staff engagement and participation in The Journey for Impact Programme

Your Main Activities Are

  • Participate in the design, implementation and follow up of the Journey for Impact Campaigns/ activities
  • Create a process for improving the experience and designing new activities in the calendar of the Journey
  • Support the creation of all the content and programme's support documentation (covering and adapted to all its different formats and needs)
  • Create a community engagement strategy (by persona) specifically focused on communication and infomation channels
  • Ensure the creation and permanent update of the different channels/ platforms (Teams, Sharepoint and Deedster...)
  • With the Communication team, participate in the definition and execution of the proggramme's communication/ information plan, to ensure a strong awareness and engagament from staff
  • With the L&D team, support the deployment of the learning and awareness programme's components, to ensure the accomplishment of the goals established
  • Monitor the user experience by each type of "person" for the Deedster app, suggest and support the deployment of the relevant evolutions 
  • Prepare a Conversion strategy to increase # of active users throughout the Journey
  • Design a recognition platform for those who engage with the journey
  • Design a feedback process for the whole Journey and its stakeholders
  • Liaise with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders, to identify and execute the actions and to actively involve them in the roll-out of the plan

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Marketing and Communications or Engineering
