Spain IT Production

 
Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.
 

ABOUT THE JOB

 
We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) coordinator to join our dynamic team.
 
MISSION

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and referential management, and a good understanding in dealing with third-party risks and contracts and will be responsible for ensuring compliance and coordinating relationships with our infrastructure third-parties.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 

Inventory Management: Build and maintain an inventory of infrastructure third-parties.

o Worldwide repository: Ensure the log and maintenance of our contracts, including the required information to perform TPRM process, ensure Dora compliance, and alignment with contract management as per IT Governance (ITGv6) requirements.

o Contract and Arrangements Management: Ensure the creation of arrangements in the Group Registry and store the latest versions of contracts in the Contract repository.

o Repository Maintenance: Keep the contract database updated with related key information such as the next renewal date, contract compliancy level, services/products available, key stakeholders, order volumes, including the number of purchase orders and amounts spent.

o Information Consolidation: Collect required information from Group teams for contracts managed at the Group level and share with the SCC and beneficiaries for quality review, ensuring local specificities are considered.

Contract Review, Renewal and Compliance:

o Anticipate and coordinate contract reviews and renewals with contract owners.

o Follow up on contract remediation to ensure DORA compliance.

Vendor Meetings & Contract Governance

o Coordinate and manage periodic meetings with vendors alongside contract owners.

o Ensure yearly contract governance with meetings and KPI reports.

Regional Coordination: Under the lead of the Global outsourcing coordinator and with close relationship with the local outsourcing coordinator.

o Act as the Outsourcing coordinator and TPRM SPOC for the regions (especially APAC and India).

Risk Assessment:

o Collaborate with the TPRM Shared Service Center (SSC) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete risk assessments for all third-parties.

o Coordinate and manage periodic updates of risk assessments and arrangements.

Audit and Notifications

o Prepare answers and extracts for Inspection Generale (IG) and other audits.

o Prepare evidence for permanent controls and for the ECB.

Action Plan Management: Follow up on action plans for non-compliance and manage risk acceptance.

Assistance: Provide assistance to beneficiaries on the TPRM process.

 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Personal Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience

The ideal candidate has a strong background on the following points:

• Proven experience in referential management related to 3rd parties. An experience within team handling Operations in CIB ITO would be a plus.

• Proficiency in contract management and risk assessment processes.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DORA compliance.

• Experience with repository creation and management & reporting tools.

 
  • Languages

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
