As Chapter Lead, you will guide and support a community of Business Analysts, helping them grow and ensuring their expertise makes a real difference across BNP Paribas Fortis.
Your responsibilities
- People development: carry out annual evaluations, guide career growth, coach colleagues, and ensure fair and transparent remuneration.
- Skills building: make sure every team member has the right knowledge and abilities to succeed, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
- Community leadership: lead a strong Community of Practice (a professional group that shares knowledge and best practices), keeping collaboration and innovation at the centre.
- Strategy into action: translate the bank’s IT and business strategy into clear goals and day-to-day reality for teams within tribes and squads (cross-functional teams working in an agile way).
- Clear communication: share decisions from strategic and operational levels in an open and transparent manner, ensuring alignment and trust.
- Recruitment and onboarding: select the right profiles as part of workforce planning and provide a smooth and motivating onboarding experience.
- Collaboration: work closely with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, Guild Leads, and other partners to guarantee the delivery of high-quality tools and skills.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
- Client-focused, always contributing to an excellent customer experience on our digital channels.
- Solid knowledge of digital tools for enterprises, combined with a curiosity for innovation.

- Collaborative by nature: prefer to convince rather than impose, ask rather than dictate, and empower the team to solve challenges together.
- Expertise in business analysis, or a strong motivation to learn. Experience in commercial development, customer relations, strategy, or marketing is a plus.

- Comfortable with IT, or eager to build up this knowledge.
- Strong people management skills: able to coach, share expertise, and inspire. Skilled at listening, influencing, and creating impact.
- Results-oriented, with a clear focus on achieving goals.
- Confident in leading meetings and guiding discussions.
- Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, and able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
