Primary responsibility for Head of Export Finance Korea (“Team”) is to manage Export Finance Korea team as well as EF business in South Korea.

Primary Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Responsible for managing the team in terms of origination, execution as well as risks (regulatory, credit, operational, etc.);
Maintenance of existing files in connection with middle/back office and annual review for booking committee;
Maintain strategic view on expanding business in terms of sector, region and exporter;
Support growth of team members by providing guidance and opportunity;
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures, etc.
Other contributions
On behalf of Export Finance Korea, attend a number of internal meetings which require management of Seoul branch.
Contribute to CSR activities of Seoul branch.
Attend regular regional and global meetings within Capital Markets Group.
What is required for you to succeed?
Minimum 15 years working experience in Export Finance, Project Finance and/or Asset Finance.
Experience in major international commercial banks is advantageous.
Communicative skill, fluent both in Korean and English
Ability to team-work and to coordinate transversal deal teams (business lines, different geographic sites, etc.)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work on different topics in parallel
High ethical standards.
Required education/certification/licenses
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant major.
