What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
Arrive work before market hours, prepare morning market summary and share with clients.
During market hours, support Corporates Sales other team members with client requests / inquiries involving research, producing reports, and translations
After market hours, help Corporate Sales other team members with the end of day wrap up according to internal protocols. Follow up with any unfinished requests from clients and/or other team members.
Primary Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Corporate sales
Prepare daily market commentaries & Support Corporate Sales other members with client requests / inquiries, mostly involving research, preparing reports, and translations
Prepare a daily FX transaction summary report
Support Corporate Sales other members with daily checking / recording corporate clients’ hedge ratio status
Support Corporate Sales other members with collecting / recording GI documentations
Support Corporate Sales other members with market / product presentations, involving data analysis via Excel, preparing presentation materials via Powerpoint, and summarizing market updates
Market 360
Support South Korea economist to monitor macro data, daily news flow and research materials
Regular and ad-hoc update of presentation materials to summarize global views
Project-based research on various macro-economic topics
Work closely with sales & trading to update regulation & market changes
Other contributions
Engage internal functions such as Compliance, Credit Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure smooth execution of business and implementation of new products
Attend necessary trainings to remain up to date on regulatory environment
Watch out for potential fraud or market abuse

Understanding of macro-economic data and its impact on financial market variables
Required education/certification/licenses
Undergraduate or Masters student in finance, economics, or quantitative Finance, Econometrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience in financial markets and tools such as Bloomberg, CEIC, Macrobond or Infomax are a plus
