Job Title: Associate, Corp Fin Senior Associate

Location: 787 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10019

Duties: Prepare pitch books under the supervision of the Managing Director, Director, and Vice President, including presentations and proposing first drafts of selected slides and sections based on outlines made by Managing Director, Director, and Vice President. Deliver specific sections during the presentation to the client. Stay involved/informed after the pitch, keeping all other relevant teams across the bank informed, where appropriate. Keep abreast of all global marketing material/initiatives and ensure that they are effectively deployed in both the Americas and Europe. Responsible for alignment of the quality, reliability, and nature of marketing materials with the other advisory teams globally. Ensure high quality standards and reliability of all marketing materials. Responsible for entire parts of an execution. Responsible for valuation/modelling, including the analyses (Merger model, LBO, complex business plans) and coaching and supervising analyst on basic modelling (multiples, DCF). Interact directly with clients and with other advisors (lawyers, co advisors, etc.) at an appropriate level and across different geographies. Ensure a high quality of standards and reliability with all materials (including the work of juniors). Present and explain clearly results of research & analyses. Check with rigor and take full responsibility and ownership of all outputs from junior team members. Circulate information to senior and junior members of the team ensuring that the relevant colleagues across the bank are included. Organize work process with analysts and manage workload across different geographies. Develop and maintain strong relationships across all geographies globally. Contribute to the global initiative to grow the FIC Americas business by facilitating continued discussion between the US team and all other geographies. Contribute to recruitment and training of analysts and interns. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed in any location in the U.S. 10% of international travel to Europe required.

SALARY: $176,571.00 USD - $225,000.00 USD/ year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have four (4) years of experience with: Microsoft Office tools, FactSet, Bloomberg, and other information databases; Knowledge of accounting, financial, and valuation techniques; Experience modelling (DDM, multiples, basic LBO model, basic merger model, and valuation analyses; and experience with CF techniques and procedures. Must have one (1) year of experience in: FIC Advisory Sector, particularly in the European FIC landscape; Experience with structuring solutions in various transactions; Experience with major legal and tax issues/documentation on various types of transactions; and experience with process and key steps for the major types of transactions.
